Assessment of the Students

  1. There is an assessment every sixth week. It is necessary for the students to appear in all the assessments.
  2. Grades are given out of all assessments. At least 50% marks in each subject are required for promotion to the next class.
  3. Photostat copies of the question papers are provided at each assessment.
  4. Absent students will not be re-assessed.
  5. Besides the assessment, pupils are tested regularly.
  6. The results of the ordinary assessments will be shown in the individual report book which shall be signed by the parents.
  7. The results of the assessment are final and cannot be re-considered.
  8. The students failing in three or more than three subjects will not be promoted.
  9. Any student failing twice in the same class will be detained.
