(Nothing works without rules)
- The children are required to wear a proper clean uniform.
- Regularity is the first preference at the school.
- Persisting poor results in the examinations, poor performance in the class and disobedience on the part of your child will entail her removal from the school.
- Parents wishing to discuss the progress of their child may see the principal during the office hours only.
- Parent-Teacher meeting will be held twice a year in order to over come the difficulties and solve the problems of children.
- Parents are expected to cooperate with the school authorities seeing that the students participate in the curricular and co-curricular activities.
- Suggestions for improvement of the school or students or any other matter should be addressed personally or by a signed letter to the principal.
- Parents are not allowed to see the teachers during the examination days.
- Parents are kept informed about their children progress through quarterly reports given o the students but still if there is a need, they can see the teacher only during break or after the school.
Attendance and punctuality
- No leave of absence is granted without written permission from parents and that only for serious reasons.
- Absence without application for wedding, etc. renders the students for a fine.
- Students who remain absent for five consecutive days without the written application for leave will have their names struck off the rolls.
- Students will not be allowed to leave during school hours for other functions, visit to the doctor or for other minor reason.
- The children are required to be punctual. A warning letter will be issued as well as fine will be imposed in case of getting late for five consecutive days.
- Parents are requested to make sure that their children are on time for school. Late comers will be charged Rs.10/- as late fine. The days of coming will be charged Rs10/- as late fine. The days of coming late will be marked on their report card also.

Navy blue tunic, white shirt with hard color, belt, white socks, black shoes with school badge. (Red shoes: class 5 to 10).
(Winter)
Class nursery to 10.

Nursery: 7:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.
Prep to Matric: 7:30 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.
(Winter)
Nursery: 8:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
Prep to Matric: 8:00 A.M. -2:00 P.M.
Fee Payment
The tuition fee should be paid on term by the due date mentioned in the fee card. The students will not be allowed to attend classes or appear in the assessment tests, if the fee dues are not cleared.
- All fees are to be paid quarterly by the due dates.
- Late fee of Rs.100 /-per month will be charged if payment is delayed beyond the due date.
- Delay of payments beyond two months renders a student liable to be stuck off the register.
- If a student wishes to leave the school. She must give notice before a month or pay the fee for one month.
- Student fund and examination fee are charged quarterly.
- An annual increment of 25% can be increased at the start of the school years.
